How to change Post Template

After blogging for a while, we find some formatting repeated again and again. For example, most of my post have a scrollable div, have footers with "support files" link and "socialize it" link.
Instead of typing these code each time, I can pre-write them in the post template, so that every time when I create a new post, those code block will be automatically generated.

To do that, press

Customize -> Settings -> Formating
type in the pre-written code into "Post Template" text area.

The following example is the code in my Post Template:

<!-- scrollable code div -->
<div style="height: 150px; background-color:#FFFFCC; overflow-y: scroll; scrollbar-arrow-color:
blue; scrollbar-
face-color: #e7e7e7; scrollbar-3dlight-color: #a0a0a0; scrollbar-darkshadow-color:
#888888">

</div>

<!--footer-->
[ <a href="http://sites.google.com/site/cyberjedizen/" target="_">Supporting files</a>]
[ <a target="_" href="http://ekstreme.com/socializer/?url=http://cyberjedizen.blogspot.com/&amp;title=Cyber Jedi">Socialize This</a>]

[ Supporting files]
